Tumblr SJWs aren’t very reliable sources of information.
Like literally any fandom ever, nsfw content is a small minority of the things it produces. It just seems big because of the initial shock of the fandom existing at all, and the fact that the fandom itself is pretty enormous.

Anonymous asked: So ideally how would you like the world to be? Who'd be in power? If anyone

You must be white.  Always going back to this assumption that someone/some group MUST have power over others even in an “ideal” world.  Benevolent power holder(s) is an illusion made by those with power so that they can absolve themselves of guilt at the inherent inequality they benefit from.

They did say “if anyone.” They never said that there absolutely had to be someone in power. I’m sure I’ll get hate for this, but I’m just pointing out that people are mad about something that wasn’t said at all.

Really? Like you can’t read that the “if anyone” is clearly an after thought?  That the presumption of someone in power is STILL FUCKING THERE if you have to ask that sort of question to begin with?  And I wasn’t mad about anything, just pointing out shit about power dynamics and the tendency for white people to imagine ideal worlds that still have power imbalances, but funny that you thought I was mad in my reply.  Talk about reading shit that wasn’t there.

To be fair, emotion can be easily misunderstood with text alone, and using caps (albeit for one word) and your choice of phrasing does make it sound like you are annoyed with the anon (who is probably white and is possibly fishing for some statement that makes you into the strawman they may see you as).

But you have to understand that when both my cousin and I came out as bisexual to our great-aunt, she told us we were too young to label ourselves.

You have to understand that both of my brothers are gay and came out to her before the ages of 15. She had absolutely no problem.

My great-aunt is a 69 year old lesbian.

You have to understand that not every aspect of biphobia has to do with homophobia.

"nerd" and"loser" were like hard hitting insults in the early 2000’s and now they are used as affectionate terms we have truly come full circle

Sorry, but no, we did a 180. A full circle would mean we went back to them as insults

nerd

How old is the OP? Nerd was pretty much a compliment at that time.

I love how 4chan and TFYC have more compassion and empathy for the well-being of the imaginary gamer girlfriend they created for themselves than for any of the actual women being harassed and slandered due to their actions.

That’s because Kimiko-chan is a good nice girl who knows her place, uguu.
